First: Download Micromax Q4310 Scatter File From Here

Second Step: Download DA SWSEC Q4310 Here

Third Step: Download Lastest Sp Flash Tool Here If you don't Have

Once all files downloaded,

1. Open sp flash tool

2. Load scatter

3. Select DA_SWSEC Q4310 (Download Agent Tab)....See Below Picture

4. Click On Format Tab And Select Manual Format Flash

5. In Begain Address[Hex] Type=0x6a00000

6. In Format Length[Hex] Type=0x10000

7. Click On Start And Press Vol Down Key And Connect Usb
