SPD Upgrade Tool (Spreadtrum flash tool) allows you to flash PAC firmware on your android device and feature phone device. On this page we have manage to share the lastest version of SPD Upgrade Tool,but before that have this in mind that SPD tool only supports PAC and P5C FIRMWARES.....LET ME NOT TALK MUCH ABOUT P5C FIRMWARE BECAUSE WE HAVE VERY FEW DEVICE AVAILABLE IN THE WORLD WHICH USES P5C FIRMWARE.
