 Try to wipe cahce  / wipe data / wipe all

If wipe are no success (show in display : wipe cahce failed  / wipe data failed / wipe all failed ), now this phone Hardware Problem.
 Solved by Changer new IC eMMC.

 Solved by Flashing with new firmware / stock rom can fix with flashtool
